Making space to understand & prioritise yourself.
Telling your story, and making space for your varying feelings, in front of another person is courageous and often healing. The human experience is an exhausting one. Acknowledging its impact on your functioning, and where that comes from, can help you access the meaning and beauty life has to offer. Our aim is to help you alleviate your pain by fostering a non-judgmental, safe space. With curiosity, we’ll explore your story to become more aware of your feelings and patterns of relating to yourself and towards others in order to experience deeper fulfillment.
Whether you’ve lost a loved one, or are going through a life transition, all changes, sometimes even positive ones, result in loss. Very often, we don’t take the time to acknowledge and give ourselves the space to process these experiences. This may leave us feeling isolated and disconnected from ourselves and others –perhaps overwhelmed by these experiences, or feeling stuck. We believe when we make space to process these emotions and experiences, we open ourselves up to what nurtures balance in our lives.
People are just as wonderful as sunsets if I can let them be… When I look at a sunset, I don't find myself saying, “Soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner”… I don't try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.
