Tom Lewis-Pychotherapist- MBACP

Tom works with his clients to explore, clarify and process whatever they may be going through in a curious and empathetic manner ensuring they feel heard and valued. It is through this open and accepting relationship that awareness grows.

With this increased awareness Tom believes that everyone has the capacity for change and the ability to lead a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Tom’s training is in integrative psychotherapy, which means he draws from various therapeutic models and theories to meet your individual needs.

In addition to his private practice, he also works for a domestic abuse charity where he assists clients from various backgrounds who are dealing with a range of challenges. He also has extensive experience in helping people with addiction issues and is familiar with 12-step recovery programs.
